The contest starts with 15 people vying to be actual contestants.
Four contestants will be selected to move forward based on: Current vitals, height/weight, BMI and body fat percentage. Ten runner ups will receive a conciliation prize valued at $295. Their prize pack will consist of:

What is Dr. Tammy’s 90 Day Challenge Contest?
It is a contest in the vein of NBC’s blockbuster reality show “The Biggest Loser” airing on KNWA. Six contestants compete in a rigorous weight loss and life transformation program for 90 days to win $10,000.
What is expected of Dr. Tammy’s 90 Day Challenge contestants?
Contestants will submit to initial health screenings; rigorous exercise programs; attend counseling sessions and journal. The journey will be videotaped at scheduled times and an edited version will be shared with the viewers of KNWA, in other media outlets, online, as well as for a piloted reality television show. In addition, weight loss progress will be tracked and made public.
When does the contest begin and end?
Contestants compete to lose weight from October 21, 2013 through January 18, 2014
How will the winner be identified?
The contestant who loses the greatest percentage of weight and achieves the most significant life transformation will be considered the winner.
What will the contestants receive?
Each contestant will receive intensive, individualized treatment focused on total transformation of their mind, body, and spirit.
